SHIPPING & DELIVERY
We Will Ship Your Order Anywhere in the USA! (We can also ship international too! *Additional shipping costs will be required.)
The current preferred shipping method for our products is UPS/FedEx to any destination in the U.S.A. Refer to the ground shipping maps for each carrier below to find out how approximately how many days it will take for your package to be delivered to your address via standard ground shipping. Delivery times may not always be guaranteed and may be delayed in busy seasonal times (Christmas shopping season). Expedited delivery may be necessary to warmer climate states and during warm summer months. Feel free to call us for shipping price quotes on 3-Day, 2 Day, & 1 Day Expedited Delivery Service. All addresses must have complete street address & APT/Unit Number and include P.O. Box or mailing address if different than street address. USPS Priority Mail is also an option for shipping, although this service is less guaranteed in terms of carrier commitment to specified delivery times. All products are shipped at customer’s risk and once the order/parcel is taken by the shipment company, Pinconning Cheese Co. assumes no responsibility for shipment delays and damage by the Third-Party Shipment Vendor. We will work on your behalf to resolve any shipment issues with the shipping company used for your order if there is a delivery issue and we will do our best to provide an adequate resolution for all parties if a shipping issue does occur.
Pinconning Cheese will choose the best choice in shipping to ensure that the shipping method provides the fastest and most economical way when shipping our perishable food products. We do this to ensure that your order is processed and delivered as quickly as possible so that all customers can enjoy our products as fresh & best tasting as possible. We will pass along any savings from our discounted rates that we receive from UPS, FedEx, & USPS to our valued customers to ensure that you get the best value that we can offer. By doing this, most often we will not ship our Gift Box items/products as viewed on the web or in our gift box brochure with the pictured gift box containers. We will repack our products into insulated containers with frozen gel packs to be boxed and shipped, ensuring freshness and quality protection of our perishable products. Thus, when ordering you may not receive the gift box pictured in our advertising. If you desire the gift box container as pictured, please request this in the comments box when checking out. Additional shipping charges may be necessary if our wooden or cardboard gift box containers are requested.
Also, note that our website sometimes overestimates shipping costs at checkout. This is especially true for large orders and for expedited shipping services. We will always update and adjust the shipping price for your order to reflect the true rates that we receive from UPS, FedEx, & USPS before charging your final total. If you see a very high shipping total and are concerned about the cost, feel free to give us a call at 1-800-678-1962 and we will be happy to provide you with an accurate shipping price quote based on your order and shipping address.
SHIPPING TIME IN TRANSIT MAPS
Insulated packing and ice packs will be used when deemed necessary to ensure quality protection and freshness of our products. Our insulated packaging when used in conjunction with our frozen gel packs are rated to keep products cool anywhere from 24 to 72 hours (depending on current weather conditions). Our $8.00 handling fee covers the costs needed for these materials to help ensure that you receive your order in the best condition possible. If additional ice packs/insulating containers are needed or if there are transit times greater than 24 hours during warm summer months, additional handling costs may be required. *Please note - During summer months or if shipping to warm weather regions, expedited 3-Day, 2-Day, and 1-Day shipping methods are most recommended for orders outside of the 2-day ground shipping zone. This is true when shipping most of our perishable food products and especially for any meat products ordered. Thus, we strongly recommend expedited/express shipping service be chosen at checkout during warm summer months or when shipping to warm weather regions.

PINCONNING CHEESE COMPANY RETURN POLICY
ANY PRODUCT RETURNS MUST BE AUTHORIZED BY MANAGEMENT FOR CONSIDERATION OF CREDIT. ALL CREDITS AUTHORIZED WILL BE PROVIDED IN FORM OF MERCHANDISE REPLACEMENT, GIFT CERTIFICATE FOR PROVEN VALUE OF MERCHANDISE RETURNED, OR BY A STANDARD CREDIT. TO QUALIFY FOR PRODUCT RETURN CREDIT:
1. THE CUSTOMER MUST PROVIDE THE PRODUCT TO BE RETURNED (PLEASE HOLD ONTO THE PRODUCT AS LONG AS POSSIBLE IF YOU HAD THE PRODUCT SHIPPED TO YOU. THIS IS REQUIRED FOR CARRIER INSPECTION IF DAMAGE OCCURS AND FOR US TO INSPECTION ANY QUALITY ISSUES UPON DELIVERY. PHOTO EVIDENCE MAY BE REQUIRED AS WELL, SO WE MAINTAIN THAT THE CUSTOMER NOT DISCARD PRODUCT UPON RECEIVING).
2. A SALES RECEIPT/PROOF OF SALE WITH DATE PURCHASED.
3. SALES RECEIPT MUST BE LESS THAN 1 WEEK OLD, TO QUALIFY FOR CREDIT CONSIDERATION, DUE TO PERISHABLE NATURE OF OUR FOOD PRODUCTS. IF CREDIT REQUEST TAKES PLACE AFTER THE FIRST WEEK OF PURCHASE/DELIVERY WE CANNOT GUARANTEE CREDIT BUT WILL DO OUR BEST FIND THE BEST POSSIBLE RESOLUTION FOR ALL PARTIES. AFTER 30 DAYS AFTER PURCHASE, PINCONNING CHEESE CO. ASSUMES NO LIABILITY FOR CREDIT.
UPON REVIEW OF THIS INFORMATION BY MANAGEMENT, YOU MAY QUALIFY FOR PRODUCT REPLACEMENT, GIFT CERTIFICATE, OR CREDIT FOR PRODUCT DAMAGE/MALFUNCTION. A 25% RESTOCKING FEE MAY OCCUR IN SOME CASES. EFFECTIVE 7-17-2020.
