15 oz. Kowalski Kiszka Ring (Blood Sausage)

This Polish favorite made with buckwheat groats, pork livers, and beef blood. Spiced with black pepper, marjoram, and large sweet onions. Stuffed into natural casings then smoked and fully cooked. 

 Ingredients: Cooked buckwheat, pork livers, pork skins, beef tripe, pork snouts, beef blood, onions, pork broth, salt, spices, and monosodium glutamate.
