Tigertown cheese is a mixture of mild Colby and Monterey jack cheese which gives its distinctive appearance and smooth, mild flavor. TigerTown Cheese was specially named in celebration of our "2006 & 2012 American League Champion Detroit Tigers!".
Ingredients: Pasteurized milk, salt, enzymes, cheese cultures, annatto for color. Contains: Milk
