This Fish Sausage has a mixture of smoked walleye, whitefish, and buffalo meat which is then mixed with spices, packed into natural casing sausage links and is naturally smoked with hickory. Try in any dish that calls for sausage as meat alternative, cook on the grill, or eat by itself at your preference! It goes great in gumbo! It comes in three different flavors: Cajun, Italian and Polish.
