They are also cured with pure Michigan maple syrup and are cooked with natural juices. No water added! These are the best tasting, highest quality hams around. Try one today! Whole hams are approximately 12-13 lbs. in weight Half hams are approximately 6-7 lbs. in weight Quarter hams are approximately 3-4 lbs. in weight Not always a stock item. Feel free to call store for ordering info. Hams are usually in stock for the Christmas season and are available immediately depending current stock during other times of the year. Hams will be special ordered if they are not in stock. If out of stock, order time is usually 7 days plus shipping time. Ingredients: Ham cured with: water, salt, sodium lactate, brown sugar, sodium phosphate, maple syrup, sodium diacetate, sodium erythorbate, sodium nitrate. Cooking instructions: Remove net (if any). Cook at 325 degrees for 15 minutes per pound or until tender. All hams must be kept refrigerated.
