SHIPPING & DELIVERY

We Will Ship Your Order Anywhere in the USA!

The preferred shipping method for our products is U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail to any destination in the U.S.A.  Most USPS Priority Mail service averages 3-Day delivery service across the USA.  Delivery times are not guaranteed and are estimated and may be delayed in busy seasonal times (Christmas shopping season). Expedited delivery may be necessary to warmer climate states.  Call for shipping price on 3-Day, 2 Day, & 1 Day Expedited Delivery Service. All addresses must have complete street address & APT NO. and include P.O. Box or mailing address if different than street address.  UPS and FedEx shipment service will be used for products which are non-flat rate items (pickled bologna jars) and oversized/bulk orders, and we will provide an estimate upon request. All products are shipped at customer’s risk and once the order/parcel is taken by the shipment company, Pinconning Cheese Co. assumes NO responsibility for shipment delays and damage by the Third-Party Shipment Vendor. We will work on your behalf to resolve any shipment issues with shipment company used for your order if there is a delivery issue.

Pinconning Cheese will use the best choice to expedite and provide the most economical shipment method when shipping our perishable food products to ensure that your order is processed and delivered as quickly as possible and passing on any savings to you. Our preferred method is USPS Priority Mail Service for most of our shipments and gift package deliveries.  By doing so, we will not ship our Gift Box items/products as viewed on the web or in our gift box brochure with the pictured gift box containers.  We will repack our products into insulated bags with ice packs and boxed to be shipped, ensuring quality protection of our perishable products. When ordering, you may not receive the gift box pictured in our advertising.   If you desire the gift box container as pictured, please request this when ordering and added shipping charges will be applied.

HANDLING/PACKAGING FEES

Insulated packing and ice packs will be used in most shipments when deemed necessary to ensure quality protection and are rated to keep products cool for up to 36 hours. Extra cost in handling fee for this service is $8.00 or more if additional ice packs are needed. Plus “Rural Delivery Surcharge” of $3.00 by UPS & FedEx if used for certain destinations. *** Please note that during the summer months, the expedited shipment method is highly recommended for all orders outside of Michigan, Ohio and Wisconsin for most of our perishable food products and especially for any meat products ordered. All meat products are shipped frozen with ice pack in an insulated bag which will keep product cool to room temperature for approximately 36 hours. Thus, we strongly recommend expedited/express service be chosen.

ANY PRODUCT RETURNS MUST BE AUTHORIZED BY MANAGEMENT FOR CONSIDERATION OF CREDIT. ALL CREDIT AUTHORIZED WILL BE PROVIDED IN FORM OF MERCHANDISE REPLACEMENT OR GIFT CERTIFICATE FOR PROVEN VALUE OF MERCHANDISE RETURNED.  NO CASH REFUND WILL BE GIVEN. TO QUALIFY FOR PRODUCT RETURN CREDIT:

  1. THE CUSTOMER MUST PROVIDE THE PRODUCT TO BE RETURNED.
    2. A SALES RECEIPT/PROOF OF SALE WITH DATE PURCHASED.
    3. SALES RECEIPT MUST BE LESS THAN 1 WEEK OLD, TO QUALIFY FOR CREDIT CONSIDERATION, DUE TO PERISHABLE NATURE OF OUR FOOD PRODUCTS.  

UPON REVIEW OF THIS INFORMATION BY MANAGEMENT, YOU MAY QUALIFY FOR PRODUCT REPLACEMENT OR CREDIT VIA GIFT CERTIFICATE AND THERE MAY BE A 25% RESTOCKING FEE. EFFECTIVE 1-1-2005.

Any product returns must be authorized by management for consideration of credit. All credit authorized will be provided in form of merchandise replacement or gift certificate for proven value of merchandise returned. No cash refund will be given. ORDERING

Ordering online is meant to be as easy as possible. All you have to do is browse our online catalog. When you see something you like, add that item to your cart. At any time during your shopping you can view your cart via the “My Cart” link at the top right corner of your screen. When you have finished shopping, click on the “Checkout” link in the top right corner of the screen. From there you will be required to provide information to complete your order. PAYMENT, PRICING & PROMOTIONS

All prices in the catalog are quoted on a per pound basis. Each product is cut to order and vacuum packed for you. You will be charged based on the exact weight of the custom cut of product ordered times the price per pound. Price per pound quoted in catalog is subject to change without notice due to commodity pricing of dairy products. Total cost quoted from your online order is an estimate of product and total cost. Customer authorizes Pinconning Cheese Co. to process exact cost of order which may vary from this online estimate. Due to product pricing being estimated when ordering online, credit/debit card is the only form of payment for online orders. Your credit/debit card will be charged after your product has been cut/packed and priced accordingly and exact shipping and handling price is obtained. If you would like to send a money order or have any questions regarding the payment process please feel free to contact us. If you have a coupon code you can apply it to your order online. All you have to do is view your cart by clicking on the “My Cart” link in the top right hand corner of the screen. When you have reached the “My Cart” page you can enter your coupon code in the box that says “Discount Codes.” When you have typed the code into the box, (be aware of capitalization, spacing, punctuation etc.) click on the box that says “Apply Coupon.” The code should apply to your order and you will be able to see your estimated total after the coupon has been applied. Want to receive discount coupons? Most of our coupons are made available through our newsletter. If you would like to receive our newsletter and coupons, simply sign up for the newsletter when you check out.

VIEWING ORDERS

To view your current order, click on the “My Cart” link in the top right corner. This will allow you to see what is in you cart, modify your order, and get a shipping quote. Also, when you checkout you will be given the opportunity to review your order. Want to view your past orders? If in the future you would like to see your past orders, be sure to create an account when you checkout. If you already have an account, you can view your past orders by signing in, then clicking on the “My Account” link. In either the “My Dashboard” or the “My Orders” sections you can see your past orders. Also, you can save time by reordering a past order.

UPDATING ACCOUNT INFORMATION

If you would like to update your account information, first you must sign in to your account. After you have signed in, click on the link “My Account”. From there you can edit your information through the “Account Dashboard” section, the “Address Book” section, or the “Account Information” section. From there you can click on the edit links next to the information you would like to update.
