*The Pinconning Cheese Co. will use the best choice to expedite and provide the most economical shipment method when shipping gift boxes/items to ensure that your order is processed and delivered as quickly as possible, and passing on any savings to you. We will use the gift box/wooden cheese box packaging when appropriate based on transit time, weather conditions, & shipping costs. If gift box packaging is not desired or appropriate, we will use standard cardboard cartons for most of our shipments and gift package deliveries. When doing this, we will not ship our products as viewed on our website or gift box brochure with the pictured wooden or cardboard gift box containers. We will repack our products into insulated containers with ice packs, ensuring quality protection of our products. In summary, when ordering, you may not receive the wooden/cardboard gift box pictured in our advertising. If you desire the gift box container as pictured, please request this when ordering in the comments box at checkout. Additional shipping charges may apply if gift box/wooden cheese box is desired. It is also helpful to let us know if the gift box packaging is not required by the customer. By not requiring the gift box packaging, you will receive the most economical shipping costs.
